The Patriot is a vehicle that has won owners over world wide with its charm and multiple uses. It basically doubles as a min van due to its clever flat folding seat arrangements. Most of my Patriot owners use the vehicle as not only a daily driver, but a load carrying vehicle for work related purposes. Courier Compaines, Scuba Diving Instructors, Catering Companies and Serious Campers' alike all seem to share praise for what is an ultra comfortable and practical 4WD.

The Patriot's biggest downfall is not necessarily the fact that it missed out on a proper transfer case and axles, but it severely lacks Suspension Travel and Ride Height.

Enter Murchison Products! We saw a need to correct this serious flaw and our 2" HD Lift Patriot Coils have helped hundreds of Patriot Owners world wide. Our coils are linear rate which means they have the same confort and ride quality throughout the entire suspension stroke. Secondly they hold the extra weight up of camping gear and cargo when need be. We also have an additional "Constant Load" Rear Patriot Coil that is designed specifically for that - constant load. So if you like to carry a fridge in the rear or spare Jerry Cans of fuel / water and recovery gear these are the coils for you.

 

We also made a Custom Steel Patriot Bar a few years back but the cost to produce such a beast rendered the project dead. Having said that I now have some great contacts for Steel Stamping and we are looking at costs at the moment to produce something similar (pls dont email requests for this as it will be announced when ready!)
