All CRDSTU coil springs are covered by a Life Time Warranty to the original purchaser. Warranty Claims (if any!) still need to be accompanied with the documentation supporting not only the purchase, but must also include the vehicles original (before) ride height measured from center of wheel to guard and the after measurements once the lift has settled (usually 50-100klms).
No Claim will be honoured without this information. Labour Costs for installation will not be covered unless performed by Murchison Products, however freight for the new coils and return coils will be provided for (providing that there was a genuine FAULT with the coil thus not achieving ride height desired)

 

All CRDSTU Shocks which are made by Old Man Emu & carry the 2 year 40,000klm ARB Backed Warranty Australia Wide. You can get Warranty through a Murchison Products Authorised and Organised Warranty Claim should you need it, again documentation needs to be provided showing purchase date and klm travelled.

Any other products supplied by Murchison Products carry their normal warranties provided by that product manufacturer. Warranties can be organised through Murchison Products however Murchison Products or its directors or employees' are not responsible for any liabilities nor extra costs associated with or arrising from that claim.  

The above mentioned Warranty Information for Australia applies to International Warranty Claim Process as well. The only factor that will be dealt with soley through Murchison Products is the OME Shock Warranty. All Shock Warranty Claims need to be consulted directly with Stuart Murchison.
